Where are you located?

Our office is located at 410 Vanderbilt Avenue in Norwood, Massachusetts 02062. Turn down Vanderbilt Avenue off of Providence Highway at the Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. We’re at the very end of Vanderbilt Avenue, past Athletic Republic, Prize Possessions, and International Car Parts, right next to Neponset Valley Lands. What security measures does Park Place Storage take?

We take your safety and the safety of your belongings very seriously. Park Place Storage is fully fenced and features electronic, monitored gate access. Our 24-hour video recording helps us keep an eye on your unit. Additionally, our manager lives on the property, providing an added layer of security, 24 hours a day.

Do you have parking for my boat or RV?

We sure do! Take advantage of our outdoor parking spaces to store your boat trailer, RV, or other vehicle. We’re currently in the process of adding additional spaces, so call today to pre-lease your parking space before they disappear!

Do you require insurance?

Park Place Storage does not require you to have insurance to protect your items while in storage. However, we do recommend it. In many cases, it’s easiest to go through your homeowners insurance to get an inexpensive policy to keep your belongings insured while stored with us.

What are your access hours?

When you store with Park Place Storage, you’ll enjoy the convenience of extended access hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week!

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday by appointment. We are closed Sunday. If you have a question, call us anytime!
Do you require any fees?

We require a one-time signing fee of $17.

What does it mean to be locally owned and operated?

Locally owned and operated means our manager, owner, and employees live in the Norwood, Massachusetts area. When you store with a local company you are supporting your local economy and a local business. Plus, you’ll get the best customer service available from a team that knows the community and understands your storage needs. What specials do you have?

We’re always looking for ways to save you money. Now, when you prepay for 11 months, you’ll get the 12th free! Call our team or ask the manager for details.

What does resident management mean?

Resident management means that our manager lives in an apartment on the facility property, providing more security than standard self storage facilities.

What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common type of door in self storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space by saving interior space that a swinging door would take up.

What are the payment terms?

Park Place Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer an automatic withdrawal feature. We can automatically charge your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express each month.
